Established in 2004, Zaytoun CIC has led the way in bringing ethically sourced Palestinian products to the UK & Ireland.
Our mission is to support the resilience of Palestinian communities through fair trade. As we grow, we’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our small, dedicated team in central London.
About the Role
As Zaytoun’s Finance Manager, you will lead on all aspects of financial management and reporting, ensuring the company’s long-term financial stability and profitability.
This is a broad and rewarding role that spans day-to-day financial operations, strategic planning, and business advice. The Finance Manager will lead on budgeting, reporting, and financial governance, while helping to shape the long-term direction of a growing ethical business.
You will work closely with the Managing Director and supervise a Management Accountant.
This is a full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options.
Key Responsibilities
– Support strategic planning and advise on business decisions to ensure the company’s long-term financial stability
– Ensure the company meets its financial commitments and goals
– Oversee financial governance, compliance, and risk management
– Manage cash flow, budgeting, margin setting and FX exposure
– Support pricing, margin setting, and long-term financial planning
About You
We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for ethical business and social impact. You’ll bring:
– Financial leadership experience, ideally in a consumer product environment
– Recognised senior accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
– Adaptability, flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks ranging from the basic day-to-day to the more strategic.
