Zaytoun orders

These are the terms and conditions for Zaytoun CIC orders.


An order must specify the products, quantity, delivery address, contact name and telephone number. 

Upon receipt of the order, Zaytoun will email a document (sales order) confirming the order details. The customer has 24 hours to amend or correct their order. If no correspondence is received within this period, the order will be deemed as final and Zaytoun will process the order in accordance with these terms. 


The price is as per the sales order. Due to the nature of raw material and transport prices and their fluctuations, Zaytoun will update prices and communicate these changes to all its customers on a regular basis.  


Payment must be made as per terms agreed with the customer.  

If any payment due from the customer to Zaytoun is unpaid, Zaytoun shall hold Retention of Title* and is entitled to withhold despatch on further orders. 


Zaytoun will arrange for the order to be delivered to the agreed delivery address.  

All dates for delivery of the order are estimates only, given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Our typical lead time is 3-5 working days.  


No liability or claim will be accepted for damages or missing order unless: 

  • Details of such damage or missing order are clearly noted on the delivery note and countersigned by the driver 
  • Photographic evidence of the delivery (before handling by the customer) is provided 
  • Zaytoun is notified about the damage in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the order 


Zaytoun undertakes that the order shall at all times conform to the quantities, quality standards, descriptions and samples (where applicable) or product specification forms (where applicable).  


If, on delivery or after testing and inspection, any of the order are defective and the customer refuses delivery or reports such defect to Zaytoun within 10 business days. Zaytoun requires the faulty product to be returned unless otherwise agreed in order to: Replace the defective order; refund the customer the price for the order which are defective; Zaytoun shall have no further liability to the customer.  


Risk of loss or damage of the order shall pass to the customer as soon as the order has been delivered or collected by the customer.  


The customer has accepted the Terms & Conditions knowing that Zaytoun’s liability is limited and the price has been calculated accordingly. 

Zaytoun’s total liability for any claim or total of all claims will not exceed the value of the order. 

 *Retention of Title: Zaytoun retains ownership of products until they are paid for in full and must be granted access to collect products if payment cannot be made within a specified period.
